Members area

The portal is an area for Phoenix foster carers and staff members.  If you need support creating an account please contact info@phoenixfostering.co.uk

The Phoenix Portal contains a set of internal resources for Phoenix foster carers and staff, including agency news, policies and procedures, guidance and legislation, training, forums and events.

To use our members area, you must be a current member of The Phoenix Fostering team. Users can only have one account at any time and Phoenix Fostering reserves the right to remove any duplicate accounts. If you need to change any of your login details, you may do so by logging in to your account.

By creating your account, you accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Phoenix Fostering reserves the right to suspend or remove, at its sole discretion, any account that has been in violation of this policy or the privacy policy or following a complaint or any threatened legal action. We will not reveal the identity of any account holder unless we need to do so to comply in due process following a formal complaint or threatened or real legal action.

Any comment or message posted on the members area only gives opinions of the commenter and does not necessarily reflect the opinions of Phoenix Fostering or any other person or entity associated with Phoenix Fostering. You agree by using the members area that Phoenix Fostering or any person or entity associated with Phoenix Fostering, will not be held responsible for any part of the posts made to the members area.

By registering to use the members area, you agree that you will not post any material, or links to any material, which is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, discriminatory, abusive, extremist, hateful, harassing, pornographic, obscene, profane, sexually orientated, offensive, racist, homophobic, ageist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, in contravention of confidentiality, or otherwise in violation of any law including those relating to copyright and intellectual property. Posts may not be removed or edited immediately as this is a manual process.

Please be aware that the majority of photographs of children and young people on Phoenix Fostering's website are posed by models. All photographs on this site are subject to copyright. 

Any images uploaded to the online community by users remain the copyright of the user. By posting an image to the online community, you state that you hold or have permission to use the image and indemnify Phoenix Fostering for any claim relating to the image.

Barring third party material, copyright is held by Phoenix Fostering for all material on its websites. This includes images, information, logos, photographs and overall look of the site. Use of Phoenix Fostering websites is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes.
